Original Iraqi M80 Helmet – US Desert Storm War Trophy
Up for sale is a very nice and original Iraqi M80 helmet that was captured by US armed forced during Desert Storm and brought back as a war trophy. Interestingly this helmet has a thick mate camouflage overpaint which we speculate was common for very early Iraqi helmets used during the Iran – Iraq war. After its capture by US armed forced, the top of the helmet was inscribed ” Iraqui Soldier Kavalier “. This helmet has a lot of history and is really an interesting piece which resembles a lot of US captured trophies during WWII.
